Abstract The South African National Antarctic Expedition (SANAE) is an annual cruise undertaken by the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) to change the overwintering teams in Antarctica and to replenish the supplies at the SANAE IV Research base. This voyage was to deliver the SANAE 52 team to the island and return with the SANAE 51 team. This is raw Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (CTD) data from SANAE on SA Agulhas II Voyage 005, 6 December, 2012 to 19 February, 2013.
